What happens when I make a reservation request?
When you have filled in and submitted the reservation form(s), you will see a recap of the reservation details. A reservation request number will be shown as well, which is the number we use as a reference. If the allotment given by the hotels allows, our automatic reservation system will immediately send you a confirmation by email. Otherwise our reservation operators will process the reservation as soon as possible and send you the confirmation by email as well.

I receive no email.
If you have made a reservation, but you receive no email from us at all, the most likely cause is you misspelled your email address. An automated email is already sent at the moment you have submitted the reservation form.

What else do I need to do?
Please check your email after filling out and submitting the reservation form. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, you have probably mis-spelled your email address, and because of this we can not get back to you. Please contact us and give us the correct email address.

How can I make a change or cancellation?
To make a change or cancellation of your reservation please go to the customer service section. You can login with your email- address and the password we sent you in our first email. After logging in please follow the explanations.

When do I pay?
For most hotels no deposit is necessary, you pay when you arrive in the hotel or on departure. For a small number of hotels you need to make an advance deposit which is a small part of the total reservation value, usually 10%. If we require you to pay an advance deposit as the guarantee of your reservation, it will be clearly written on the reservation forms which amount needs to be paid in advance. The remainder is to be paid in the hotel once you arrive.

Your credit card will be charged ONLY after the booking is confirmed. If the selected hotel could not fulfil your reservation request, your credit card will not be charged at all.

What are the cost for cancelling my reservation?
If you want to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible! We do not charge a cancellation fee. If you already paid an advance deposit, the balance of the deposit and the cancellation charge will be refunded. Furthermore, the hotel may charge a cancellation fee according to their cancellation policy. Please see the information pages of the hotel for this policy.

Is my credit card number safe? uses the Secure Sockets Layer security standards that are supported by most browsers. SSL encodes your personal information (such as your password, address and phone number, or your credit card number) so that it is available only to you and the reservation operator agent who will help make sure your travel planning goes smoothly. This encryption makes doing business over the Internet as secure as making a purchase by telephone.

I can't find a hotel!
